1. Provider details and pre-contract information (remote bookings)

You are contracting with alphaboxestival.com (PE). Our operating details are provided below in the Contacts section.

For agreements concluded outside premises or remotely, you are entitled to the information required by Ukrainian consumer protection law, including the provider’s identification and business operating details. This page provides such information in accordance with Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" (вiд 12.05.1991 № 1023-XII), стаття 13, Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" (вiд 12.05.1991 № 1023-XII), стаття 15, Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" (вiд 12.05.1991 № 1023-XII), стаття 17 та Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" (вiд 12.05.1991 № 1023-XII), стаття 17 (частина друга).

2. How bookings work; availability and confirmation

• Request: You submit a booking request (contact/lead form). This is a request to rent; it does not automatically guarantee availability.
• Confirmation: We confirm availability and the rental details (device type, start time, pickup/hand-over location, rental period) by a confirmation message.
• Changes: If your preferred device or time is unavailable, we may offer alternatives subject to your acceptance.

If you contract online, this information and the contract process are provided in accordance with Закон України "Про електронну комерцію" (вiд 03.09.2015 № 675-VIII), стаття 13.

3. Pricing and fees; what you should expect

• Prices and any additional charges (if applicable) are disclosed before confirmation.
• Final price depends on the rental period and chosen scooter/e-bike model.
• Any refundable deposit or surcharges (if offered) will be stated during confirmation.

4. Safety and proper use

You must use the rented scooter/e-bike responsibly and in accordance with applicable traffic rules and safety instructions provided at hand-over.

• Use a helmet and follow local safety guidance.
• Do not modify the vehicle or use it outside its intended purpose.
• Operate only by persons who are able and authorized to ride safely.
• You are responsible for the vehicle while it is in your possession.

5. Returns, late returns, and damage

• Return the vehicle at the agreed time and condition.
• Late returns may result in additional charges stated at confirmation or during return coordination.
• Any damage beyond normal wear, loss, or misuse may lead to compensation up to the documented repair/replacement costs, to the extent permitted by law.

6. Liability limitations

To the extent permitted by Ukrainian law, the provider is not responsible for harm caused by your improper use, failure to follow safety instructions, or violations of law.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights under Ukrainian law.

7. Termination and disputes

• We may refuse or cancel a booking request if required details are incorrect, the requested time is unavailable, or safety requirements cannot be met.
• If you cannot proceed with the rental, contact us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling or cancellation options.
• Disputes are resolved in accordance with Ukrainian law, and by negotiation first when possible.

9. Personal data and consent notice

If we collect personal data through the booking/contact form (such as name, email, phone), we process it to respond to your request and arrange the rental. Where required, we obtain your consent for the processing purpose.

We process personal data in accordance with Закон України "Про захист персональних даних" (вiд 01.06.2010 № 2297-VI).

Any cookie or tracking technologies that process identifiers may be subject to the same personal data and consent rules under the above law.

10. Contact/lead form (redirect-only)

If you submit the form below, the submission redirects to the thank-you page. There is no optional validation or custom success flow.
